Ebay keeps telling me I have to give a refund

EBay keeps telling me I have to give a refund on money I never had paid to me it was paid to them and they say I owe eBay money to and my items not even sold yet the silly buggers think a mobility scooter can be posted am feed up of people messing me about with this is no one ever serious about anything anymore. I just want to get out of here.

You sold scooter twice,

If you didn't get paid, you have to  cancel correctly or still pay fees.

I don't know how to I have declined it twice and they say I am at fault I have to pay put but I don't have there money.

You only have 30 days to cancel as unpaid, 

So both times it sold are longer than that.

Ebay will still expect fees, so don't ignore it.

Try contacting ebay CS in the morning and see if they can help.
