You have a new account so your in initial payouts will be held a little longer so eBay can verify your bank account details.
Have you fully and correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments? Have 2 micro deposits been deposited into your nominated bank account and you have confirmed this back to eBay? If not this was delay your payouts.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
eBay do not send you your payouts from sales, once they are showing as available you need to manually withdraw those payouts.
