Ebay has the worlds worst customer service there is no way to actually talk to them to resolve issue

Ebay has the worlds worst customer service.
It's total reliance on a useless automated system masquerading as artificial intelligence when only the artificial bit applies means that its users are often left frustrated and angry.
Ebay has greatly deteriorated over the last 10 years and will continue to do so until it values its users instead of treating them with contempt.
I often buy from Ebay and was considering listing things to sell but their inability to communicate makes me consider stopping using them altogether.
Communication is supposed to run in both directions and I can not trust them to sell my items when they totally fail in this regard

Communication with eBay is either through a Live Chat or there's a Call Back option to select.  I will show you the best link to contact them below,  if you need to,  but contact tomorrow as the lines are now closed being a weekend.  If you contact very first thing at 8 a.m. there's more chance of Dublin answering.

However,  are you sure we cannot help you here.  Please come back and explain the issue you have encountered,  there are many experienced members here happy to help you.

If you need to,  to Contact Customer Services it's a Live Chat, or you can select to speak and request a Call Back. Click on this link:

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p .m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
