Ebay has removed my sale for a violation issue but I've already posted.

Just had a email from eBay to say my listing has been removed through a violation issue but item sold yesterday and was posted this morning , what gonna happen because by the look of it buyer will be refunded and they will receive my item for free which can't be right ? Any help ?

What makes you think the buyer will be refunded?  Did ebay say so?

Ebay have said all fees for transaction will be returned so I'm guessing the buyer will get there money back too.

They may not.  I think you will have to wait and see what happens.   Alternatively,  contact ebay CS and tell them you have posted it already.
