Ebay charges wrong postage

Ebay got postage charges single time and deduct double from what I earned. Why Ebay cut postage charged me and buyer also?

As a business seller you should be setting your own postage prices and delivery methods, and eBay will not change them.

Can you give an example of what's happened please?

I set delivery charges and select delivery method but still ebay charged
double.

Are you saying that they changed your postage price to double what you set it at or that when you went to buy a label it cost double?

There's no picture.

You have to click on the camera icon at the top of the message field to add an image.

I will send soon. Please guide me. If I do not get label from ebay and
after getting order I make label from any shipping company and post it. Can
I do this. If yes then how can i do it?

You don't have to buy a label via eBay.

When setting up your listing put the shipping price and method you want, your buyer will pay this and you use it to buy a label from your preferred carrier. For example, if Royal Mail you'd buy from your local Post Office, Royal Mail's website or set up an account with them. 

If Evri you can buy labels via eBay or direct from Evri.

I selected evri and i got an order but when i try to get label by my self
there is only one option to get prepaid label from ebay. So in this case
what should i do?

You listed as freepost. 

So buyer pays you for item including postage. 

You then use this money to buy postage from your chosen carrier.

Item is sold, you quoted Freepost, so from the money you received YOU buy the postage.

Too late to change anything now.
