Ebay charged my customer lower price than listed price. It happening with me third time. Help please

Ebay charged my customer for an item £26.48 but my listed price is £43.26. It happened third time with me. I did complain but no use. What should I do now?

If it is the Hair Drier it shows £43.28 with free delivery through Global Shipping.

Buyer pays a lot for item and taxes, so if it is Free Shipping someone has to pay so presumably you get charged the shipping.

Can you show a screenshot of where the buyer was charged less?
