Ebay balance

EBay balance option does not show on payment for an item (“pay with”). I have funds in the balance What do I do pls?

The balance must be available, not still on hold. What is the balance showing as available to withdraw?

What is the item?

There are certain exclusions where the eBay balance cannot be used, e.g. items not covered by MBG,  (Money Back Guarantee),  for example vehicles, certain categories for example digital items,   and you cannot pay for items in an auction format.

You can pay for most things, but yep annoying if the one thing you want , is not available to be paid with the balance.

Just withdraw it, and either then pay with it from your bank,   or withdraw and add it to PayPal, and pay from there.

Was it an auction item ?
