Unfortunately I have had two bad experiences with the courier option of DHL. Once as a buyer and once as a seller.
On both occasions, collection of a large Items was requested and paid for but, on both occasions DHL failed to collect on the appointed day or any day thereafter resulting in having to find alternative couriers, at extra cost. This means DHL have taken money for a service which they have not provided. Thus easy money in their pocket. Has anyone else been let down by DHL?
Any suggestions or advice?
