You sold some very high value items, this is probably why there is a longer delay.
Accounts get hacked all the time, and selling high value items can raise red flags for eBay who need to take all precautions and security checks that the genuine owner is selling.
Personally, I would wait until Monday morning, and yes I know you've probably spoken to eBay Customer Services, but contact them again only at 8 a.m. when the lines first open as there's more chance of Dublin answering and perhaps giving you some indication when the payouts will be released.
Just double check that tracking details have been added and that they show delivery, if they don't, then payouts will be held for 14 days.
In case you need to, this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
