Ebay Verification Problems HELP?

Hello i am reaching out to this forum about ebays verification i have been trying to get my ID verified all i have done is change address to my new one and it's been a disaster trying to get it passed so i can sell again 'this has been going on for five days messaging and chatting on the phone and i'm getting nowhere what can i do it's causing me a lot of stress 😟

Ebay will have sent an email with instructions.

The most useful thing you can do is to follow those instructions.

Nobody in the forum can access your account or know exactly why you have needed to verify your account.

if you change your address, unless there is something else going on, it isn't standard procedure for you to have to verify your account and really, only Ebay can sort this out for you.

Yes i provided two documents with my name and address and still they haven't verified it 'this has been going on for days i'm angry it should not take days just to verify my account 🙄

I'm getting the red banner saying this 

Your payouts are on hold until you update your account details. Please update by 10 May, 2026 to avoid further restrictions.

Ensure the documents can be seen in full, and no corners etc missing from say the driving licence etc. This may be the issues, we don't know as we have no access to your account, but it can be a common issue.

Hi Tommy the documents have been scanned and can clearly be seen i don't have a passport or driving licence so birth cert and bank statement is all i have to send and still after five days or so it's still the same i am raging about this 😞
