Sales in my shop have plummeted over the last year. I am thinking of becoming a private seller as I can list for free and avoid the shop fees. Can I just change to private seller and keep all my existing listings or do I need to start from scratch again.

You already are a private seller.

You don't have to have a shop to be a business.

Having said the above, it looks like you should be registered as a business seller anyway.

If you make items to sell, you a business.
