Hi I'm a seller and sold an LP which I packaged well. Out of the blue the buyer sent me photos of smashed LP and torn parcel and without having any say Ebay refunded the buyer full amount from my funds. Have contacted EVRI but keep getting automated response and getting nowhere fast. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you.
