EVRI JUST SO SO BAD, WHY DOES EBAY PUT UP WITH IT AND MAKE US PAY.

Hello, and once again complaining about EVRI and eBay this time, so EVRI has now lost or delayed 5 out 5 parcels from eBay, and they have also lied saying they delivered at midnight, so my  eBay account paid out, when is was never delivered, Then by an act of God, my parcel was delivered to shop that I asked for in the first place as a few days later,

I have now asked sellers not to send by ERI but have told them they cannot change couriers once they have chosen when they place the ad. Now we have to pay extra for delivery protection, which I think only eBay does.  So what I say is EVRI is so bad. WHY DOES EBAY LET PEOPLE USE THEM AND MAKE BUYERS PAY, APART FROM THE FACT THAT THEY MAKE MILLIONS OF POUNDS OUT OF THIS?

It all depends on the delivery / courier person you have in your area.  You have a particularly bad one.

I will not send anything using Evri for the very reason, that you do not know who the person is actually delivering,  but we have a superb Evri delivery lady.  She's always on time, keeps me updated with when the item will arrive, and she's never late.

So Evri is a lottery for good service,  depending who is actually doing the delivery.

If I were you,  before buying I would double check the seller is not using Evri,  even send a polite message explaining not to,  because the person you have delivering,  is so unreliable.

I agree, but  the lies are unacceptable, to say they delivered at midnight then a few days later deliver it  to the shop,  also  a new one a few days ago, saying it was going to be delivered, then not, then complained once more got an email saying it was going to deliver that, then a phone call saying it has been destroyed, as it was badly damaged, so I ask to see the picture but they would not give me, as I said my guess it had been stolen once again, and this is just there way out of it,

But I do think the buyer and the seller should be able to change the courier, and eBay should be doing a lot more, than just passing the butt to the buyer, and paying then pay extra, so the thieves get away with it

also, buyers to take screenshots, a EVRI remove things.
