EBay seller fees refund

Hi, 

I had a sale of a treadmill and the buyer bought the machine via eBay and I didn’t receive a penny because before I could get the money the buyer refunded it and eBay had already took some fees and now they are telling me that I have to pay the fees eBay took when I didn’t receive a penny from the sale and now they are threatening me with debt collectors. I feel very oppressed in this situation and I don’t have a clue what to do can someone please help.

Not sure what you mean by buyer refunding the money.   If you had issued a cancellation to give a refund the fee would have been refunded too.   You could try contacting ebay, explain the situation to them clearly and see if they will waive the fee.  You can use callback on here:
