I purchased an item on 3-5-24 which I eventually collected on 17-5-24 a day after receiving notification that the parcel was at the Yodel collection point, I received the item without any issues at the collection point which I have no issues with however I do have issues with the Yodel service and really poor communication issues which are ponderous to say the least. I have since received 3 emails telling me that my package is ready for collection and I am not sure why. I don’t know where the problem lies whether with EBay or Yodel but I do have serious concerns as to whether Yodel are actually a serious service or just a bunch of jokers, this is the second time recently that I have had issues with Yodel deliveries the last time they lost my parcel after telling me it was at their local distribution taking another 3 days before they managed to find it and deliver. I really have a problem with Yodel’s service, or are these emails coming from EBay or just some AI bot.
