EBay has told me that evri is returning my package

I got a message from eBay last week not to post using the Evri label but I’d already sent it. Then eBay said I’d get it returned and gave me the link to a new postage label. It’s been a week now and it hasn’t been returned. I’ve been in touch with the buyer but not sure how much longer they are willing to wait. How can I find out where my item is.

this was the message 

We wanted to let you know that a recent technical issue has affected the delivery of some of your orders. Unfortunately, these parcels couldn’t be delivered to your buyers and will be returned to you over the next few days.

The buyer should open a "not receievd" case then ebay will refund and you keep the payment.

Thanks for the response. It’s disappointing that eBay hasn’t been in touch for over a week now. I’ll let the buyer know that this is an option.
