Hello , I have recently cancelled an order that I was selling it and then all my eBay balance+ the price he has paid is gone , it has to be only £29.99 that its gone but I don’t know how all my eBay balance gone too

Why not look at PAYMENTS, all transactions. That shows every payment in and out. Money cannot just disappear.
What reason did you use for cancelling a sale?
