I bought these on eBay as 10mm x 3mm received them knew they was the wrong size immediately, as i bought them to replace and old set I had which were 10x3mm. So I measured them and sure enough they were 10x1.5mm way to thin to be the same as the 3mm ones i had, it had to be 3mm same as the rest as it then wobbled my glass chopping board. As it was such a cheap item i did not want to leave bad feedback, so contacted the seller to replace the wrong sized ones for the ones i ordered.
They basically did not want to hear of it and wanted me to jump through many many hoops for an obvious easily fixed situation, i showed photos as photos below, still they refused to hear of it and said they sent the correct size, the photos do not lie, you can clearly see there pack of 1.5mm ones which are to thin.
So i went on to leave bad feedback as they left me no choice, to my Amazement it was then removed by eBay even when i provided undisputable proof and photo obvious evidence. Favouring seller over buyers is terrible when facing such obvious proof. Amazon has never removed my feedback/review as a customer.

You should have just opened item not as described case and returned for full refund.
If you mention ebay or refund in feedback, it can removed.
Best to keep it short, "Unsatisfactory transaction" is OK.

You could have opened a return and sent the items back at the seller's expense for a full refund.
They possibly appealed your negative feedback on the grounds that you did not give them a chance to sort out your issue through Ebay by using the Money Back Guarantee and opening a return case.

Read below if your confused, No I should not have just sent it back, I gave the seller an opportunity to fix there mistake but they insisted they sent the correct size even with pictures of there mistake. eBay gives a certain amount of characters to leave feedback to warn other buyers of this situation, so a short reply is not the case, and if they remove feedback because of this I will report to Ofcom or ombudsman of this bad practice, as its not an isolated case my son who has 1000+ feedback 100% just had the same thing happen, if a seller does not fix the situation even with proof, they are a bad seller and others need to be aware, that's the WHOLE point of a feedback system, that's why no one leaves feedback no more, its a waste of time a seller says delete feedback and it gets done. Your reply is the exact same copy and paste answer my son just received for the exact same issue, do you work for eBay.

EBay's system simply requires - as advised above @jckl1957 - that you open a "not as described case". It's basically automatic. It does not matter that they say they sent the correct item; it's what you say! The seller sends you a label and when you return they refund. If you trust them you can buy the correct item! If they argue or do not send the label then after 3 days eBay will refund and you even get to keep the faulty/wrong items.
If he does that without fuss I would normally leave +ve feedback "Good customer service"
In my view it is rarely a good idea to contact the seller. EBay used to say - and may still do so - "open a case which contacts the seller" and that's all you need do. @maureencasinomo

The seller cannot ask you to 'jump through hoops'.
Opening a return and choosing the reason for return from a list provided by Ebay is not 'jumping through hoops'. You may be asked to provide a single photo to the return case but that is all.
One of the options when you choose a return is to request a replacement item, although generally I would advise getting a refund and buying elsewhere.
It would have taken considerably less time than posting here in the forum and you would have been responding to the seller and the issue, rather than complaining to other Ebay members who can't do anything practical to resolve any problem you had with the item received.
(None of the mentors who have replied in this thread work for Ebay.)
