How to get the seller to understand you ordered their E Book by error & to refund your money to purchase the REAL PAPER, PAGE TURNING BOOK? Simple mistake or is it just me?? I'm becoming so stressed now after days of back and forth. All the seller sends me in return is the same message of "if your link to download isn't working please send me your email address where i can send it to you"..."i can help you to do this"....NO THANK YOU! I've been 100% honest it's my mistake (Brain Fog) but it's getting me nowhere! They asked me to give them a good review & then they would refund me. Surely if i do that then i've said i'm happy with the seller & no refund will be issued by ebay? I thought by stating i want to return it the buyer would accept & refund me. Well they have accepted the return but still replying with a link to download!! Ebay won't help me because i've opted to return my item. An item that does no exist in the real world. It's under £7. I thought i was ordering a real book. Why is the seller being so hard on me? What do i do now?? Any advice welcome.

Digitally delivered items are not usually covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.
What was the item number?
I am asking as that will help give you the correct/useful advice.

You should not have opened a return for an item you don't have.
Can you provide a link to the listing?
eBay have a strict policy when it comes to eBooks:
Compilations of information or media need to follow our rules and be listed in the Everything Else > Information Products category using the Classified Ad format.
Compilations may contain a broad range of informational or media resources such as eBooks, templates, images, screensavers, and any other type of printed information or electronic file.

What do i do now??
Probably write it down to experience. I'm sorry, but it's your mistake, your responsibility.
Digitally delivered items are not covered by eBay's money back guarantee. It was pointless to ask for a return as returns only apply to tangible items with tracking proof of delivery.
Buyers have no automatic right to cancel or return eBay purchases anyway, only if an item is not as described or the seller accepts cancellatons. Otherwise, sales are binding. It's up to the buyer to read the description carefully before buying.
Offering to make a refund conditional on you leaving positive feedback tells you everything you need to know. Even if you agree, it will probably be the last you hear from this seller.

Seems that eBay have removed that listing.
You could print off a copy of the listing and send that back using the label that eBay have provided you with.
Or, did you pay with a debit or credit card or ApplePay? If so you can issue a not received chargeback on the basis that you bought a book from eBay listed in the Book category and haven't received it.
