Hi there, I bought an e-bike on November 24. I received a message from eBay about a recall on the e-bike. I went back to my purchase history, but the seller cannot be found. What can I do?

Ebay just pass message on to buyers.

MBG is only for 30 days and I doubt your payment provider will help after nearly 12  months. 

You could contact citizens advice, but will need sellers details.
