I have sold a drone and the buyer has said there’s parts missing even tho I took pictures and videos before posting, they now want a refund and have sent a picture of it damaged and parts missing

Your video & pics don't prove it was item you sent.

Now buyer has opened case, issue returns label & refund in full on return.

You can try to appeal after, but not often allowed.
