Does eBay actually still have a human customer service or have they decided to hand over control totally to discrimination by bots that don’t have a clue what they are looking at. Then if you seek help you get automated answer services that are not capable of of understanding the spoken word, which have AI to then advise them to ignore the customer and as I have found point blank lie claiming it is out of office hours hours ( when the call before that AI claimed the human agents were busy!) and then go as far as to hang up on you once identified your account on a later call back ( again in office hours) !
eBay clearly does not give a monkeys about it customer as long as they can keep pocketing their cut from our custom. Customer service is non existent and to be honest with this disgusting bogus automated AI service is insulting and discriminating!
If there are any real eBay staff with integrity reading this then please let the person who installed this useless automated service know it is not providing a customer friendly service and human agents are far more helpful and desirable!
