I was wondering if anyone uses UPS Economy DDU? I signed up recently but for some reason, any packages at 500g and above going to the USA manifest the labels as Ground Saver instead of Economy DDU. This typically increases the price from a modest £8 to about £150 once they enter the system. Quite the hike!
Luckily I have a UPS account manager who has been getting the bills taken off my account but we're at a loss as to why this happening. Has anyone else ever had this happen? Thanks!
