I sold an iPhone to a buyer and delivered on time, added tracking and did everything right. A day later he asked to return the iPhone. He said, "there was dust on the camera".
Then I accepted the return, and received the phone over a week later.
He stole the Genuine Apple screen off my device and replaced it with a non-genuine one which is coming apart. Now I am left with a faulty device. The screen is coming apart. He reported a false claim to steal parts from the phone.
What should I do? Will eBay protect me as a seller?
