Dispute with seller and seller said he will post my name and address to the public trade

So I bought separate items from one seller they combine the postage and I asked about this they said the picked the item separately and had sets eBay fees so they should posted items out on there own

the would not help so I left neutral feedback which replied on saying give pout my name and address to the model trade

I think this is a breach of the rules

Sellers do not have to combine postage, although most will.

Hi
The dispute they are happy to quote everything was done separately but it’s ok to send it together and take extra postage then say going to post my name address out

At the moment it's not possible for sellers to combine postage and issue a new invoice, however they could have issued a part refund for the excess postage

yes it not only breaches eBay rules but [and check this for yourself] breaches data protection.

The sellers reply to your feedback gives you all the evidence you need -

" your name and address passed round the trade"
