I have just spent all afternoon with AI Ebay then a helper who then just left me :
It is so simple I accepted an offer
It was paid
I boxed
I had no QR code so this is where the afternoon began over 2 hours ago

I was made an offer
i counter offered ( a little higher )
The client accepted and Paid (
so i packed the items ready to take to post office
BUT
the QR label that has been paid for is not available
I have asked c 50 times Where is the QR label ?
It is now 8 oclock
Ebay have done evereything they can to avoid this simplest of transaction
You would imagine they would be experts
Conclusion
The client has paid ( acknowledged by Ebay )
I have been invoiced ( automatically ) for their SIMPLE DELIVERY ( acknowledged and receipted )
They have not rang me as requested about 6 times with 17 mins wait time
Nor left a message ( my mobile does work )
whilst on line chat with BOT every option available EXCEPT QR code
Can you believe this utterly unprofessional organisation

I think I have worked out what has happened is that
The buyer made me an offer
I made a counter offer
The buyer paid the counter offer and that should be it
But the original offer is still pending
The software should delete the original offer especially as the counter offer has been paid
But is still there !!
Maybe that's why the QR label etc is not forthcoming
