Does anyone have experience of shipping internationally with UPS on eBay: I sent the parcel with a physical invoice attached in a document pouch, but apparently UPS expects electronic invoices now, which eBay does not send. So the parcel is flagged as having no invoice before even leaving the country.
This has delayed the shipment leaving the country and I had to call and get through their robotic system and two people. They said they would email a link to resubmit the invoice but I haven't got anything yet.
