Didn't scan the code, buyer not replying to messages

Hi there,

I recently just sold an item in which the buy has come and collect the item. It's been a while since I sold anything for collection so had no idea i needed to scan a QR code or input a code.

I've folled up by messaging the buyer asking them to send on the 6 digit code but I havn't got a response.

What happens if the buyer decides to not reply?

Without the code, you will have to wait up to 31 days for ebay to release money.
