I offer free postage costs on all my items, yet my 'reasonable postage cost' rating is 4.9.
I have contacted eBay who say that it is down to the buyer giving the rating, but how can they be allowed to give a rating on something that is included in the price? I do not make money from postage.
Also, I suspected that international buyers are upset a the high global shipping programme charges, but these costs are proposed by and paid to eBay, not the seller.
Has anyone any thoughts on how I can get my rating back up to 5.0?
