Sending a buyer an invoice

Have we any idea when this facility will reappear I seem to have lost it for nearly 2 months

Nobody knows I'm afraid.

Many are in the same boat,  we are told eBay are aware , but to date no time of a fix is being announced.

When needing to issue a combined invoice,  eBay recommend the buyer buys and pays for all items,  and you the seller makes a partial refund.

Not ideal, but it's the only workaround for the time being.
