Hi I've had to use royal mail as DHL did not turn up

As such tracking on here doesn't show I've sent it how does the person buying report it's delivered

The buyer cannot mark anything to say it's delivered,  they can leave feedback if they wish.

You cannot add new tracking but can message the buyer these details.

If Simple Delivery wasn't used,  your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days.

Messages to post will eventually stop.

There's nothing the buyer or you can do to show delivered.    Without tracking on ebay the payment will be held for at least 14 days.   It may be held for 30 days anyway as you're a new seller.
