Delivery not showing

I had a person buy 3 watches at the same time of me. Instead of using 3 different postage labels for each 1, i used 1 label for all 3 as its the same person, same address. Now that the items have been delivered, its only showing 1 item as delivered and the rest as “waiting for delivery”. What do i do?

There's nothing you can do.  Payments for the untracked items will be released in 14 days.   Assuming the buyer paid for the unused labels they will be refunded automatically in 30 days.

Part of the risk you run when selling on ebay.

If you were unlucky enough to get a bad buyer, they would open not received cases for the other two items and you would have no choice but to refund.

Bit of a pain but we always recommend with buyers agreement, to cancel sales and relist as one item for buyer to buy again. Cancellation automatically refunds the original payment.

Long winded I am afraid, but it is wise to understand the risks involved.
