Delivery issues

Hello I want to order an item, supplier is located in UK, also i need delivery within UK but when i want to place the order, it doeant allow me, it says the seller doesnt ship to this address meanwhile i have conted him he has no issue, 

i have many deliveries prior to this to the same addresswith no issues

Others have had location issues when buying, just like this.  eBay is extremely glitchy at the moment with all the changes they're making.  

Ask the seller to put your ID on their exemption list which should remove any blocks.   They'll find it on their My eBay at Site Map at the very bottom of the page.   Scroll down past the categories to Sell > Selling Activities > Manage Bidders.
