Delivery dates

Hi

I made a bid on a coat that is specifically a Christmas present and the option was to pay for express delivery which I clicked on. This morning the seller was dispatching and asked what postage I requested, Royal Mail or Evri and I advised again as I needed the item by 23 Dec

The coat has been dispatched, not with express and tracking estimates 27 Dec. 
Please advise what I should do

When you bought the item ebay would have given you an estimated delivery date based on the postage service you chose.  What is that date?

A lot of sellers are seeing 27 December as estimated delivery date,

Ebay work this out based on sellers dispatch time and courier delivery times.

Hopefully it will arrive sooner, but you can't do anything until listing delivery date has passed.
