Delivered pending?

I have 2 items that have been  delivered and feedback has been left by the buyers

but because Royal Mail haven’t scanned the parcels on delivery 

I can,t get paid from e bay

anyone else had this issue ?

Yes,  they have,  you are not alone with this issue.

Seems it could be an issue with this new Buyers Protection Fee rules, as eBay's tracking for one,  is slow to update, and as in your case Royal  Mail has not scanned the items correctly.

Now this item's payout may be subject to a 14 day hold unless the tracking updates , then payout will be available 2 days after the delivery date.
