Hi I posted I item it was received the next day. So they have had it for a week. It was well packaged and marked with fragile. Today I got a message from the buyer saying it’s broken pics were sent. The buyer now wants a partial refund. Am I liable to send refund. Thank you.

They need to open a return case.
Then, if you choose you can offer a partial refund and they will keep the item.
Or, they can post everything back for a full refund and you can try to claim against the courier.
