DPD free labels

Hi, I'm trying to print out a shipping label for some sneakers I just sold using the authentication process but I just get this error message. 

'Something is wrong. Please try again later.'

I have tried both on mobile app and via desktop browsers. Any ideas how I can fix this?

I do not get why you are expecting a free label, someone has to pay the postage, and that is you the seller.

With trainers sold on eBay that need to be authenticated eBay provides a DPD label paid for by the buyer which includes sending to the authenticators then onwards to buyer.

Sellers have to use this service and cannot use their own carrier.
