DPD failed collection

Using simple delivery  DPD sent an e-mail  with a  collection time. No collection was made.  I tred to reply to DPD but my bitdefender claimed the web site was faulty. Ignoring bitdefender's protection I got through to DPD and  sent an e-mail. I have had no reply . I have had to send the item through   Parcelforce and incur further charges. I consider  the simple delivery  system to be a compete failure

There's no denying there are issues with Simple delivery not ' delivering' a perfect service and DPD collections have been a failure for many.   We are told eBay are aware....  🤔  !

Meanwhile as you have not used a different service you cannot change the tracking so it's advisable to send the buyer a message with those tracking details, but should later a case for item not received be opened,  you are able to add that tracking into the case details.
