DHL charge for delivery

I bought a camera from japan for £743.82,i did read there may be a delivery charge but not £159 from DHL,i wouldn't of bought it otherwise,there was no mention of £159,i paid for it through paypal  over three payments so have paid one third...i havn't got £159 to pay DHL any advice please.ps i have contacted the seller.

This is not a delivery charge.

It will be custom fees, which as the importer you are responsible for.

If it said i will be charged £159 i wouldn't of bought it,you can buy them
cheaper in the UK...i havn't got £159 so i don't want it...what now?

If you refuse to pay import fees, you invalidate ebay MBG. 

So will lose item and money.

A lot of buyers get caught out by this.

You paid via PayPal for the camera I assume. 

Seller received full amount. 

If you fail to pay other 2 payments, PayPal will not let you off.
