DHL Hungary, refuse to redeliver

I recently sent a parcel to Hungary using Ebay Global Shipping, There was a failed delivery buyer wasn't home. Buyer offered alternative delivery option but DHL couldn't deliver and have told them it is being returned to Uk.

Can anyone offer advice on how to resolve this or get DHL to try again?  

I can't see it  being returned due to cost.

Your buyer needs to open a case for item not received, you reply in xcase that it was a GSP delivery with the tracking details and eBay should sort out any refund.

The item is likely to be returned to GSP if anywhere and they will sell it on to recoup any losses

Ok, thank you for helping. Case is open now., tracking shows that delivery attempts were made so should be easy to sort out.  Thank you.
