Customers ordering from Northern Ireland after we have excluded the post codes

We Sell Plants on line and due to Brexit we are unable to sell at the moment to Northern Ireland . 

We are plant passport registered but the £25 Phyto certificate is per delivery is impractical and expensive 

On occasion some people have managed to order ( Ebay are trying to sort out why ) we then have to cancel and refund and then we receive neutral or negative reviews 

We are struggling to get Ebay 1. to sort out why and also we have asked for the feedback to be reviewed 

They are not understanding and also just send us to the automatic review

What reason do you use for cancelling orders? Most suitable would be problem with address.

As any orders getting through are the fault of ebay’s system as I see NI is in your blocked Countries, I can only suggest contacting ebay early in the morning and hopefully you will get to speak to agent in Dublin, who should understand the oroblem.
