Selling from Uk to a customer in Uk ( Northern Ireland) but because she lives in NI is unable to complete purchase, not sure why, appreciate some advice/ help to resolve. Thanks
I think it's to do with Evri beause they charge more for NI, whereas RM charge the same as rest of UK. So it should help if you opt out of using Evri here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf
That would probably mean ending your listing and relisting it without Evri. First you could try putting their ID on your exemption list to remove any blocks: https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/ExemptBuyers
