Customer support purchases do not show member login

My purchases do not show under purchases. I log in as a member,not a guest. I have to sign out as well. 
the way to see my purchases, i have to start an inquest, and then they all show.

what s going on and how do i fix this please?

If you are sure you did not buy as a guest this could be a glitch with the device or browser you are using especially if using the app which is fraught with issues.

Try a laptop / PC with Chrome,  that seems to be the best combo.  Worth clearing cache and cookies before proceeding too.

If you have not received a purchase, there is no need to contact ebay, you open oa not received case.

Contacting ebay should be a last resort, as very few problems do not already have systems in place for dealing with them. For example the ebay 30 day money back guarantee, link available on every listing on right side.
