Customer makes postage query

Hi,

My customer wants to buy 2 personalised keyrings, she is asking if it's possible for her to pay for the postage of the 2 items in one packet rather than having to pay for 2 separate packets. She asks how to do that, what to click on in postage to do so, as a new Ebay seller, am unsure how to advise. Maybe someone here can advise. Thanks in advance.

If they buy the items at the same time, putting each in their basket (ideally on a PC, not the app) the postage will be automatically combined.
