Create new qr code , after buyer paid

Hi

I sold something on eBay and had postage as 2kg. Buyer paid I generated the qr code

The package is actually 10Kg

Im happy to pick up the extra postage, ( my fault)

I just can't work out want to do.

I have a qr code for 2kg. I'm in the UK.

Can I go to post office show the qr code get the 2kg label and pay the extra stamps at the till for 10kg. Or just generate a new label on ebay

You will need to buy a whole new label for the item.

If the item was simple delivery and the buyer paid, they will get a refund of the original postage.

You can either buy the postage yourself.  You cannot change tracking but would be able to add new number to a not received case if necessary.

Or cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement and relist with correct postage for them to buy again.
