Courier

I used Evri courier to deliver a parcel but the Supporter never received the order. The parcel was returned to me in a damaged box which was covered in petrol. I contacted Evri in the chatbox function on their site but they seem to not understand that think I want to complain about a seller but I don't. I want to complain about them. Or is it thir tactics to fob me off do they don't have to issue a refund and compensation. Does anyone know how I can get this query resolved with either ebay or Evri.

Has the buyer been refunded?  This needs to be done first.

 

Ask them to open a case for item not as described , accept the case within 3 days and refund through those case details,  that way your seller performance is not affected.

 

Did you buy the Evri postage through eBay?  Then, this will show you how to proceed for your refund.
