These have so many "Terms & Conditions" attached that usually make them unusable, the only reason I can think that ebay issue them is to entice you to buy even when you discover that the item you want is not covered.
This just wastes my time and energy and makes me irritated with ebay.
A month or two ago, they gave me a Coupon "SPECIAL5" months ago and I have tried many times to use it only to find I cannot.
Customer Service very inefficient. When I go to them for help, they act as though this is the fisrt query on the subject of Coupons they have ever received!
A couple of weeks ago, an agent undertook to have IT investigate my coupon issues but no one ever got back to me (assuming they actually investigated anyway).
Yesterday I put in an Offer shown on the Item Listing page and included another Coupon Code when I made the Offer.
Today my offer was accepted, but again the Coupon is not being honoured.
No reason given by Customer Service.
Have cancelled Item and going to Amazon to buy it.
They give fewer offers but honour them when they do.
