Country of Manufacture not working

I am scheduling some listings, but the country of manufacture is not saving. When I go back by selecting edit listing the country I selected has gone and it's asking me to select one again.  

Will this be fixed?  How can I check if my items are being shown to my customers in the US? 

Also,  will there be an option in the future to charge the customer the new US tariffs? I am currently sending items through Royal Mail and paying the tariffs myself, but it is getting too expensive.

I suspect that ebay’s answer would be to use Global Shipping.

There does not seem to be any facility through eBay to invoice buyers with the extra tariffs, even if going through Royal Mail and knowing what the total tariff is.
