I bought a Dyson hairdryer on Sept 25 which after being sent for repair has been deemed as a counterfeit by Dyson. I contacted the seller who is willing to refund but I’m not able to open a case on eBay due to time passed since purchase.
what are my options? Seems crazy when the seller is willing to refund but I can’t raise the request on eBay?
