I hope you’re doing well. I recently placed an order by mistake just about 10 minutes ago. I’ve already submitted a cancellation request, but I was informed that it has already been dispatched. I want to let you know that the shipping address is not mine—it’s someone else’s. I was still deciding on the item, so this was an accidental order. I kindly request that you cancel it immediately, as I do not need the item and the address is incorrect. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this.

This is a member forum.   You need to contact your seller.    Go your purchase history page, here's a direct link:

find the item and use the contact link on the righthand side, via the more actions dropdown menu arrow.

This is an ebay member forum, you are not talking to seller or ebay.

If seller has already posted item, not a lot you can do.

Only business sellers have to cancel, but not all will.

If you know where item is being delivered, ask them to hold it for you, so you can collect.

If business seller & you receive item, you can return for refund, you pay tracked postage.
